If someone has just died
Ring us rather than filling in a form. We can talk you through what happens next and arrange the transfer straight away, whatever the hour.
If the death was sudden or unexpected and has not yet been attended by anyone, call 000 first. Nobody can be moved until the death has been formally verified.
