We do one thing, and we do it well
We only do direct cremation. We are not a full service funeral home with a cremation option bolted on the side, and we are not trying to sell you a package. That focus is why the price is what it is, and why there is nothing to upgrade.
It also means we will tell you when we are not the right fit. If what your family actually wants is a traditional funeral with a chapel and a celebrant, say so and Shane will tell you plainly rather than talk you into something else.

Our whole approach is to be a straightforward, affordable alternative to a traditional funeral service, handled with genuine care and without unnecessary pressure or cost. That means answering your questions honestly, giving you the price up front, and not chasing you for a decision.
